"I was introduced to "Never Too Late Fitness" by my friend John who retired two years ago.  I'm in reasonably good shape for someone who is  77 years young, but certainly not strong enough for the rigorous exercise a physical trainer would put me through.  I have also gained about 30 lbs. since my triple bypass surgery ten years ago.  I gave up playing racquetball three years ago, because of the pain it caused me. It took sevral days to recover, so I thought "Why push my luck?"

 

But then I wondered what if it's not too late.  Is it possible that I could feel young and strong again, not to the degree of pole vaulting  and diving like in my youth but to be able to live pain free, sleep well at night,  shed a few pounds, and feel energized again.  Michelle has been my trainer for two months.  The exercises are carefully chosen to increase my strength, my balance, and stamina. When each training session is over I feel no pain. I feel energized and ready to begin the new day.  I would not want to lose what I have gained in such a short period of time.  With Michelle and Bill, it really is "Never Too Late (for) Fitness!"

Bill,

I just wanted you let you know how I feel about the training program you developed for me. As you are aware I am no easy case to work with having had nine back surgeries and both hips replaced. And, and age 67 there are some natural physical challanges.

 

You very quickly and professionally identified the major areas to focus on which are strength, balance, and flexibility. I especially appreciate your very unique, encouraging, and professional approach to working with me. You seem to know how to challange me without asking me to do more than I can handle. You encourage, compliment, and instill a desire in me to want to push myself to my limits.

 

With all my surgeries , I have gone through many rehabilitation programs. None have helped me like the work you are doing with me now. I'm walking better, have more energy, and my golf game has improved dramatically. I play golf five days a week with several folks that know me well. They can't believe the distance that I'm hitting the ball since I started the training program with you. I've added at least 30 to 40 yards on every shot now that I'm able to make the turn with my shoulders. This is a direct result of the flexible training you have developed for me.

 

You were recommended by a friend . I feel very fortunate to now be in a custom made program with you. I would highly recommend you to anyone wanting to improve their quality of life.

Since I started going to Never Too Late Fitness, I have accomplished things that I never thought were possible for me! With each workout I am faced with new challanges that show me how I am progressing.  Michelle is pushing me to a stronger me! Michelle always has fun and new workouts planned to meet my individual needs. I know when I walk through the doors each week I am entering a place where trainers genuinly care about me! You can't beat that feeling!

I began training with Bill a year and a half ago.  For years prior to training with him, I consistantly did group classes at the gym.  I was unhappy with my results from these classes and was not becoming toned in the areas I was targeting. Within six months of training with Bill,l I noticed a significant difference in my physique as well as my overall athletic abilities. Thanks to Bill's skills and ability to encourage and push me, I became toned to the degres I have desired.  I have never been happier with the way I look and feel.  Bill is not only my trainer, but after working with him for the past year and a half, I consider him a friend.  He is personable, and has the ability to push me when I am working with him using a kind and compassionate approach. I had worked out for years prior to my time with Bill and have encountered many personal trainers along the way who train for the bottom line, to get paid.  Bill trains because he loves to help people and see them grow.  This is apparent  every time I work with him.  I have also had the pleasure to train with Michelle a few times. She also exudes these same qualities and philosophies.  I have the utmost respect for both Bill and Michelle as trainers and would highly recommend anyone to work with them.
