As owner/operator of Never Too Late Fitness, my goals are to help people with full body functional fitness programs. Our clients range from high-energy teens through seniors with neurological or orthopedic needs. Our mission is to help all of our clients function better and enjoy a better quality of life, no matter what your present health is. Contact us and tell us what your goals are.               MICHELLE

 

Michelle loves personal training and her enthusiasm shows. Having four children and three grandchildren of her own, she understands how precious time is and will make the most of your training session! From young teens up to and including seniors, she has the skills to help you reach your fitness goals. Michelle also enjoys working with prenatal and postpartum women. She acknowledges the importance of getting fit and staying fit before, during and after pregnancy. Whether your goal is weight loss,  firming up, or improving cardiovascular, Michelle will work for you.
